I thought I had gel to keep it cool, but no (my mistake, in the post didn't say I had it). Is a fresh fabric. It helps you with going down as 1 degree, but it warms relatively quickly.

I am happy for the purchase, my dog does very well with its large size since it is a big fat dog, here in mexico it is very hot and he likes to lie in his bed, you can see that if it refreshes him
Cool stuff. I thought that it should be soaked a little in the freezer. But the fabric is really breathable and cools quickly.
